Key responsibilities for Onsite Consultant?

• Resource for relocating partners and assignees, candidates and business groups
• New hire orientation and off-site recruiting functions as directed
• Work on-location at Starbucks, address questions/concerns, serve as liason between Cartus & Starbucks
• Assess demestic/international needs and make policy recommendations
• Create Budgets for approval corresponding to proposed relocation packages
• Support issue resolution
• Provide training for Starbucks Partner Resources staff on relocation policy, procedures and use of Cartus technology.
• Assign network brokers/real estate agents to work with candidates as authorized
• Assure data integrity by entering appropriate data into system
• Participate in client presentations/meetings
• Create personalized relocation guidelines for each relocating Starbucks Partner
• Use web/system tools to facilitate authorization conversion process
• Partner with Starbucks on updating relocation policies + maintaining guidelines/benefits.
• Project Management support @ Cartus
• On-demand and customized reporting
• Support Cartus account management w/data analysis and creation of client presentations.
• Recommend acct-specific plans/strategies in accordance with organizational goals
• Model exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus products/services in all interactions with clients and customers
• Maintain/enhance relationships within Starbucks
• Team w/Starbucks to consult on new/potential assignments
• Assist Starbucks w/special projects
