capabilities - our physical (skills) and psychological (knowledge) abilities to cook a healthy meal

Motivation into two types
Reflective motivation: do more consciously - planning meals
Automatic motivation: understand we aren’t always rational, how habits influence behavior

Opportunity- what’s available to us, our cooking facilities, social influences
