4- invite client into room
5- check all details
6- ask for KC registration paperwork
7- check normal routine
8- go through consent form
9- scan for microchip
10- put collar and lead on
11- invite o back to reception and give them dogs belongings
VSC02 admit infectious case step by step:
1- put on PPE
2- invite client into room
3- confirm details
4- check health and vaccination status
5- ask about normal routine
6- explain procedures
7- ask if they have any questions
8- provide consent form
9- complete consent form
10- obtain signature
11- create id collar and place on cat
12- transfer cat into our carrier
13- give o the other carrier
14- take o back into reception
15- inform vet that you have admitted an unvaccinated cat and that it is in isolation
16- remove ppe
