What does the guest receive right now?
We immediately give you $1000 on board credit towards anything and everything off your bill this cruise.
If they don’t spend their onboard credit?
If you spend less this cruise than the amount of onboard credit we give you, we will use the remaining onboard credit as a discount towards the cost of your cruisenext credits.
If there bill is 0
Assuming your bill is zero and all you purchase by the end of your cruise is your cruisenext credits, you will only pay $1000 but you will get $2000 value towards your future cruises.
How is the $2000 value divided?
This $2000 value is divided into 8 cruisenext credits of $250 each.
What does the cruisenext credit represent?
Each cruisenext credit represents an individual room as it is per room payment and not per person payment.
When can you double up your cruisenext credits?
When you book a balcony or higher stateroom, 6 months out or when applicable based on the current promotion. That means you can double up and use two cruisenext credits on each balcony room that you book.
Where can you use your cruisenext credits?
You can use your cruisenext credits with any travel agency, online travel agency or directly with Norwegian cruise line at the best prices, promotions or deals you can find.
If the cruise is comped through the casino?
Even if your cruises are comped through the casino you can still use them to pay for your port changes, taxes or even upgrades.
Transferrable?
Cruisenext credits are fully transferable at no cost.
When to redeem?
Redeem your cruisenext credits whenever you’re ready to book on any of our published sailings.
Restrictions?
The only restriction is that cruises must be three days or longer, which is approximately 99% of our itineraries.
