2. By assessing the altimeter needle and how much time you have before reaching target altitude

On climb out, explain the transitions between different attitudes, PWR and IAS up until S&L.

1. T/O Attitude w/ 100% TQ up to 175KIAS
2. At 175KIAS set mid mirrors to hold 180KTS w/ 100% TQ
3. At level off, set top of AOA at 180KTS w/ 100% TQ
4. Continue to accelerate trimming up until 240KIAS then set 53% TQ

Generally maintain the climb and level off at 6000ft unless flying higher is required.
