Blistering vesicular itchy rash, usually symmetrical on extensor surfaces
Nearly always assx with Coeliacs

A
Gluten-free diet
If that fails, rthen Dapsone
sulphonamide antibiotic

Symmetrical extensor blistering rash with diarrhoea
A
Could be dermatitis herpetiformis (with Coeliac disease)
Punch biopsy to confirm - neutrophils in the dermal papillae
