Large variety of reclaimed woods as old as 100yr old oak barn sliding, walnut, cherry, maple, and mahogany.
The tables are made using?
Multiple woods. One table is 36 in wide by 12ft long live edge slab of white oak also from a log mill in Pennsylvania. Same its true for the private dining table.
Another table is 3 inch thick
Retrieved from the Juno beach pier after a recent hurricane. The wood on the hostess stand is also made of this wood. The same is true for another table except it was salvaged from Boynton Beach.
The large steel lamp at the entry is made from?
An old 14 inch steam pipe includes 2 flanges and bolts a sprocket from a 1960’s era bicycle
What surrounds the exhibition kitchen?
A log sliced wall surrounds the exhibition kitchen. Many of the various trees also were used after the Hurricanes of years past.

Manhas design personally made penny tiles and set each penny individually onto mesh sheets. How many pennies were placed? And how long did it take to place all the pennies.
There are over 77,000 pennies in the floor. It took 4 months to set the pennies on the mesh sheets.

The artwork in the private dining room is by who?
Rubin Ubiera, famous south FL street artist. It was a gift to Burt. Ruben is the one who did the exterior murals at El Camino for me (Next to the office). Ruben was named best street artist in 2012. The piece is called “Back at the Table” and represents Burt and Dennis coming back to the table for their new food-focused venture. Ruben will also be doing a mural for us at Burt and Max’s out on “the wall” of the patio.
