In 2015, RICS launched a voluntary standard known as the Inclusive Employer Quality Mark (IEQM), designed to help firms in the profession gain competitive advantage and a diverse workforce. The IEQM asks employers to pledge their commitment to adopting and continually improving against six key principles.
