= Liquor Distribution Branch (brewer licence and or agent license = general financial ledger, production and inventor ledger, brewer journal. All records kept for 5 years (all raw materials, product bottled and packaged, volume of spillage/sampling/tasting)

Books and records of: sales and leases, tax charged/collected/remitted/commission taken, purchase or lease of equipment, price reductions, refunds and credits = kept for 5 years
