A
  1. Loss of 2 or more IADLs or any ADL
  2. Caregiver/ patient concern with driving
  3. BPSD
  4. Poor judgement/insight
  5. Irritability, impulsivity, distractibility
  6. History of gait disturbance, falls, or extrapyramidal symptoms

Cognitive testing:
7. Slowed processing speed - trails A, B
8. Visuospatial impairment - pentagons, copy cube, clock draw
