Explain the magneto system in detail

There are 2 mags in each engine for a total of 4. Inside the mags are spinning magnets within a coil that produces a magnetic field which creates an electric current in the coil. The current is delivered to the spark plugs for ignition. A capacitor helps control the spark. It is a reliable system in that it is engine driven and not dependent upon the electrical system.
