Electromagnetic Waves
Have same speed, c, but cuz they widely have differing wavelengths, frequencies and photo energies you detect use them differently
Intensity Equation
I = k/r²
k is intensity 1m from centre of source
r is radius from source
Dish Antennas
Sat communication use dish antennas that concentrate wave into a directional beam with flat plane wave-front. So there waves lose intensity more slowly
Visible light wavelengths
Has many different wave lengths from deep red (λ=740nm) to indigo blue (λ=370nm)
Electromagnetic Spectrum
In reverse order:
Rabbits-Radio
Mate-Microwave
In-Infrared
Very-Visible Light
Unknown-Ultra Violet
Expensive-X-Ray
