A

governs the relationship between the UK and EU

is a free trade agreement and provides for quota and
tariff free trade in goods between the UK and EU. It also covers areas such as the movement of
services, competition, state subsidies, air and road transport, energy and sustainability, fisheries,
data protection, and social security.
