Myxedema Coma
Severe untreated hypothyroidism as a result of hashimoto’s disease.
Can be triggered by meds like amiodarone, lithium, hypothermia, beta blockers, anesthetics, and anticonvulsants.
Can present as both comatose or in myxedema madness
