-Primary and Utility hydraulic pressures <1260 PSI + BUCS FAIL Caution + FMC DISENGAGE Caution
HYDRAULIC FAILURE - PRIMARY & UTILITY HYDRAULIC PSI LOW
Indications
-LOW ROTOR RPM Warning + LOW ROTOR RPM + π ROTOR RPM LOW and possible loss of AC services
-ENGINE 1 OUT and ENGINE 2 OUT Warning + ENGINE 1 OUT and ENGINE 2 OUT + πENGINE 1 OUT + π ENGINE 2 OUT
-Reduction in noise and audible change in rotor RPM
DUAL ENGINE FAILURE
Indications
-ENGINE *OUT Warning + ENGINE * OUT + π ENGINE * OUT
- Rapid torque increase with flashing TQ displayed on HDU & FLT page (Unaffected Engine)
- Low and/or decreasing TGT, Np, ENG OIL PSI, and Ng less than 63% (Affected Engine)
-Reduction in engine noise and possible audible change in rotor RPM
SINGLE ENGINE FAILURE
Indications
-Increase in Np, TGT, Ng and TQ (clutch engaged) on affected ENG
-ENGINEOVERSPEED Warning + ENGINEOVERSPEED + πENGINE OVERSPEED + ENG page auto-page
-Possible EDECUFAIL Caution + EDECU*FAIL + ? for TQ, TGT, and Np indications
-Possible HIGH ROTOR RPM Warning + HIGH ROTOR RPM + πROTOR RPM HIGH and an increase in rotor noise
ENGINE 1 or ENGINE 2 OVERSPEED

-LOW ROTOR RPM Warning + LOW ROTOR RPM + π ROTOR RPM LOW + change in rotor noise
-TQ, TGT and Ng significantly lower than unaffected engine with sustained Ng >63%
-Possible flashing torque displayed on HDU & FLY page
-Possible ENGINEOUT Warning + ENGINEOUT + π ENGINE*OUT
Np FAILED LOW - LOW ROTOR RPM
Indications
-Noticeable bang or popping noise
-Rapid increase in TGT and fluctuations Ng, TQ, and Np readings on affected engine
-Possible aircraft Yaw
ENGINE COMPRESSOR STALL

-Illuminated APU FIRE button + APU FIRE + π APU FIRE
-Possible smoke/fumes, visual confirmation
APU FIRE - IN FLIGHT

-Illuminated ENG FIRE button + ENG * FIRE + π ENGINE * FIRE
-Possible High TGT on affected engine, smoke/fumes, visual confirmation
