1. Starts all six recirc fans and 1 vent fan. The E & F fans can be secured after start. These are the only two fans that will restart on a fan trip (If initiation signal is still in)
2. Starts the FRVS vent fan that is in AUTO Lead (LOCA 19sec TD)
3. Vent Fan in AUTO will start: [backup to fan in ]
   
   • Start signal (i.e. not in a surveilence) and
   • Running fan low flow(<6570scfm / 45 sec)
4. FRVS Vent Fans Trip
   
   • Low flow (<6570scfm / 30 sec)
   • Deluge system activation

3. Start 4 recirc fans.
