When the coach needs to make the team know they are in charge of understanding the roles. This could lead to the coach having to be a little bit physical so they can show their dominance.

A
People do not like what is happening so they rebel. Players do not like the new rules/situation.

A
People start to realise that the roles are good. Players believe that this way of doing things may really help the team.

A
The team start to perform well. They follow the rules in a game situation and see the positive effects and start doing well.
