If you have a need. Tissue pack - yes, you can technically use any of them. Any of them CAN be used. Keys (ring) you will not use all of the keys, so you have to take off the keys that you want/will not need.

It’s not allowed because it is not a universal pleasure. You can take a warm/hot shower if you don’t put your whole body in at once (hokey pokey)
You could also ask a non Jew to turn it on to Luke warm for you if you’re uncomfortable and really want to take a shower.
