• warm zone (uncontaminated by initial release, can be contaminated by movement of people/vehicles, managed by emergency responders, surrounded in inner cordon)
• cold zone (uncontaminated area between inner cordon and outer cordon, area within key operational command positions and other essential activities will be set up)
