Q

Relationship with last 2 managers -

A

I had a positive relationship with one manager. Whenever there was a role to be filled during the shift, i filled it, i.e different plants as well as housekeeping inspections. This gave me exposure and experience with different parts of the plant

when there was any information i needed for practical evidence, i could always get advice on how to go about it, he would sometimes contact the plant practioner for advice on how to get this information and this allowed me to complete my practical evidence file

Q

Challenge the status quo- mention a change ( status quo) think of suggestions anywhere not just work

A

In school sports, our routine was to run outside the school grounds, which sometimes raised safety concerns, people would bunk or if someone got injured, no one would know. I suggested we run along the inside borders of the school instead. It kept the same distance and workout, and it did bring a change

“In a school project, I noticed our presentation posters were hard to read because everyone was using different pens. I suggested we eS to permanent markers so the writing would be bold, consistent, and easier for the audience to see. Even though not everyone adopted it, those who did had clearer, more professional posters. It allowed presenters to clearly read it and see where they got lost

Q

Conflict resolution - a problem and a solution and show you came up with the solution

A

When i was working with someone at work, i needed to pass my practical plant modules and get my competency, but I didnt have the time with the workload, I was doing 80% of the work and he was doing 20% of it, so we came up with a schedule where every hour he would go to the plant and then the next hour I would. This allowed me to find the time to go to the roof and check my lines and inevitably pass all the modules and strenghtened our realtionship
