* ITP (Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura)
* Post-plasmapheresis (e.g., myasthenia)
* APLS (Antiphospholipid Syndrome)
* Chronic GvHD (hypogammaglobulinemia)

🔥 Vasculitis
* Microscopic polyangiitis
* Kawasaki disease
* Wegener’s granulomatosis (Granulomatosis with polyangiitis)

🧠 Neuromuscular
* GBS / AIDP (Guillain-Barré syndrome / Acute Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyradiculoneuropathy)
* CIDP (Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy)
