Mechanism of Action:
NMDA receptor antagonist (antagonizes glutamate)
secondary receptor target: opioid, MAO, serotonin, NE, muscarinic, Na⁺ channels.
Dissociates the thalamus (sensory) from the limbic system (awareness).
