1 tbsp spice mix
1 pad of butter
Top: hot water

Combine ingredients except for butter in heated toddy glass. Place butter pad on bar spoon and slowly pour hot water to the top of the handle.

Add crushed ice. Swizzle, keeping mint at the bottom. Top with bitters to create a 3 layered drink. Lime wedge and mint sprigs.
