Disadvanatges of Kaizen

A

Kaizen may require significant investment in trainingwhich can be expensive and time-consuming.

If employees are more focused on making a profit they may damage quality while trying to produce more output.
Unrealistic Pressure on Staff: The expectation of constant, continuous improvement can create undue pressure on employees, leading to burnout.
