A

it suggest minimizing risk may result in risk compensation

  • when you start using protective equipment we start to take more risk - change in behaviour that leads us to take greater risks than we normally would if we did not have the protective equipment

A

person is:
- not breathing
- doesn’t have a pulse
- is bleeding profusely
- impair consciousness
- neck, back or head injury
- major trauma
- cannot move arms or legs (or lost feeling)
