Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Product Owners focus on the customer, which can be external or internal to an organization, depending on how it’s structured. Certified product owners have a clear understanding of creating a product vision and how to choose the right next piece of work to bring value to customers.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Think CSM and PSM, but on a larger, broader scale. The Certified SAFe professionals demonstrate their ability to support company directives and lead transformations in a lean and agile at an enterprise level. There are several levels of SAFe certifications.
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
A broader approach to learning about agile methodologies, an Agile Certified Practitioner has knowledge across agile approaches (such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, extreme programming (XP), and test-driven development).
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
A perfect first step in a PM’s agile development, the disciplined agile way of thinking emphasizes tailoring approaches and adapting projects to their environment.
PMI Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)
The next step from the DASM is the DASSM. This certification highlights optimizing teamwork and value and emphasizes collaboration across agile teams.
PMI Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM)
Not specific to one methodology, certified business analysts can transition between different projects to support gathering requirements and developing potential solutions.
PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PBA)
The value stream consultant focuses on the worth of the project and the value it brings to the customer and the organization.
Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant (DAVSC)
The coaching certification shows your desire to share your knowledge and skills of agile practices. Certified coaches facilitate culture change and transformation within and across teams.
Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC)
Certified risk managers are project managers who develop additional skills to identify and assess project risks, mitigate threats, and capitalize on opportunities.
PMI Risk Management Professional (RMP)
A certified scheduling professional has the knowledge and skill to drive the improved management of project schedules.
