No.

What happens to your Undo History when you delete a track?
Your undo history is cleared when you delete a track, so not only can you not undo the deletion of a track, after you delete a track you can't undo anything you did before that either.

How can you delete a track?
1. From the Track Menu, choose delete. The selected track or tracks will be deleted. 2. Right click on the track name and choose delete from the menu that appears.
