Think of a place and make stories. For example for a pack of cards to recall a whole deck of cards you could make red and black skin colours, make peoples names a-m numbers 1 - 13 and remember what happens during the story to recall each card. And for the symbol on the card you could make spades royal people, diamonds your friends, hearts your family members and so on.

Grouping technique

For the grouping method to memorisation you group numbers or objects in groups of around 3 or four. This is due to when people are trying to remember 9-10 numbers normally they struggle. But, phone numbers are easy to remember since they’re split in three groups of 3-4 when you recall them.
