Question 1

جَاعِلِ الْمَلَائِكَةِ رُسُلًا (35:1)

Answer 1

He made the angels messengers. (35:1)

Question 2

يَخَافُونَ رَبَّهُم مِّن فَوْقِهِمْ (16:50)

Answer 2

They fear their Lord above them. (16:50)

Question 3

لَّا يَعْصُونَ اللَّهَ مَا أَمَرَهُمْ (66:6)

Answer 3

They do not disobey Allah’s command. (66:6)

Question 4

وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا يُؤْمَرُونَ (66:6)

Answer 4

They do as they are told. (66:6)

Question 5

تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ (97:4)

Answer 5

The angels and the Spirit (Gabriel) descend. (97:4)

Question 6

إِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ (2:30)

Answer 6

When your Lord said to the angels… (2:30)

Question 7

إِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ (2:34)

Answer 7

When We said to the angels, ‘Bow to Adam.’ (2:34)

Question 8

وَخَلَقَ الْجَانَّ مِن مَّارِجٍ مِّن نَّارٍ (55:15)

Answer 8

He created the jinn from smokeless fire. (55:15)

Question 9

وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ (51:56)

Answer 9

I created jinn and humans to worship Me Alone. (51:56)

Question 10

إِنَّهُ يَرَاكُمْ هُوَ وَقَبِيلُهُ (7:27)

Answer 10

He (Satan) and his tribe see you. (7:27)

Question 11

كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَائِقَةُ الْمَوْتِ (3:185)

Answer 11

Every soul shall taste death. (3:185)

Question 12

ثُمَّ إِلَيْنَا تُرْجَعُونَ (29:57)

Answer 12

Then to Us you will return. (29:57)

Question 13

وَمَا تَدْرِي نَفْسٌ مَّاذَا تَكْسِبُ غَدًا (31:34)

Answer 13

No soul knows what it will earn tomorrow. (31:34)

Question 14

وَمَا تَدْرِي نَفْسٌ بِأَيِّ أَرْضٍ تَمُوتُ (31:34)

Answer 14

No soul knows where it will die. (31:34)

Question 15

وَيُرْسِلُ الْأُخْرَىٰ إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى (39:42)

Answer 15

He keeps other souls till their appointed time. (39:42)

Question 16

اللَّهُ يَتَوَفَّى الْأَنفُسَ حِينَ مَوْتِهَا (39:42)

Answer 16

Allah takes souls at their death. (39:42)

Question 17

فَإِذَا جَاءَ أَجَلُهُمْ لَا يَسْتَأْخِرُونَ سَاعَةً (7:34)

Answer 17

When their time comes, they cannot delay it. (7:34)

Question 18

وَمِن وَرَائِهِم بَرْزَخٌ (23:100)

Answer 18

And behind them there is a barrier (Barzakh). (23:100)

Question 19

يُحْيِي الْعِظَامَ وَهِيَ رَمِيمٌ (36:78)

Answer 19

He gives life to bones when they are dead. (36:78)

Question 20

يُخْرِجُ الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ (10:31)

Answer 20

He brings the living out of the dead. (10:31)

Question 21

يَوْمَ يُنفَخُ فِي الصُّورِ (36:51)

Answer 21

The Day the Trumpet is blown. (36:51)

Question 22

فَإِذَا هُم مِّنَ الْأَجْدَاثِ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَنسِلُونَ (36:51)

Answer 22

Then they will rush from graves to their Lord. (36:51)

Question 23

وَنُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ فَصَعِقَ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ (39:68)

Answer 23

The Trumpet is blown and all in the heavens and earth fall unconscious. (39:68)

Question 24

ثُمَّ نُفِخَ فِيهِ أُخْرَىٰ (39:68)

Answer 24

Then it will be blown again. (39:68)

Question 25

وَعُرِضُوا عَلَىٰ رَبِّكَ صَفًّا (18:48)

Answer 25

They will be presented before your Lord in rows. (18:48)

Question 26

وَوُضِعَ الْكِتَابُ (18:49)

Answer 26

The record will be placed. (18:49)

Question 27

فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًا يَرَهُ (99:7)

Answer 27

Whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it. (99:7)

Question 28

وَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ شَرًّا يَرَهُ (99:8)

Answer 28

Whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. (99:8)

Question 29

يَوْمَ لَا يَنفَعُ مَالٌ وَلَا بَنُونَ (26:88)

Answer 29

The Day wealth and children will not help. (26:88)

Question 30

إِلَّا مَنْ أَتَى اللَّهَ بِقَلْبٍ سَلِيمٍ (26:89)

Answer 30

Except those who come with a pure heart. (26:89)
