يُقَلِّبُ اللَّهُ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ (24:44)
Allah alternates night and day. (24:44)
يُولِجُ اللَّيْلَ فِي النَّهَارِ (35:13)
He merges night into day. (35:13)
وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ (13:2)
He subjected the sun and moon. (13:2)
كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى (13:2)
Each runs its course to an appointed time. (13:2)
هُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ الشَّمْسَ ضِيَاءً (10:5)
He made the sun a shining light. (10:5)
وَالْقَمَرَ نُورًا (10:5)
And the moon a reflected light. (10:5)
وَجَعَلَ اللَّيْلَ سَكَنًا (6:96)
He made night for rest. (6:96)
وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ حُسْبَانًا (6:96)
The sun and moon are for measurement. (6:96)
يُغْشِي اللَّيْلَ النَّهَارَ (7:54)
He covers day with night. (7:54)
وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ مَنَامُكُم بِاللَّيْلِ (30:23)
Your sleep by night is among His signs. (30:23)
وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَنبَتْنَا (31:10)
We sent down water and made things grow. (31:10)
يُخْرِجُ الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ (30:19)
He brings the living out of the dead. (30:19)
وَيُحْيِي الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا (30:19)
He gives life to the earth after its death. (30:19)
وَمِن كُلِّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَا زَوْجَيْنِ (51:49)
We created everything in pairs. (51:49)
وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنشَأَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ (6:98)
He created you from a single soul. (6:98)
وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَحْيَاكُمْ (22:66)
He is the One who gave you life. (22:66)
ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمْ ثُمَّ يُحْيِيكُمْ (2:28)
Then He causes you to die and live again. (2:28)
وَيُرِيكُمْ آيَاتِهِ (40:13)
He shows you His signs. (40:13)
وَسَخَّرَ لَكُم مَّا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ (45:13)
He made what’s in heaven and earth serve you. (45:13)
وَمَا مِن دَابَّةٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا عَلَى اللَّهِ رِزْقُهَا (11:6)
There is no creature on earth except that its provision is upon God. (11:6)
وَفِي الْأَرْضِ آيَاتٌ لِّلْمُوقِنِينَ (51:20)
On the earth are signs for those with sure faith. (51:20)
وَالْجِبَالَ أَوْتَادًا (78:7)
The mountains as stabilizers. (78:7)
فَخَسَفْنَا بِهِ وَبِدَارِهِ الْأَرْضَ (28:81)
We caused the earth to swallow him and his home. (28:81)
وَتَرَى الْجِبَالَ تَحْسَبُهَا جَامِدَةً (27:88)
You see mountains fixed, yet they move. (27:88)
