Q

Capricorn Moon Shadow: when needs are unmet

A
  • shame
  • self-criticism
  • withdrawal
  • avoidance of responsibility that feels overwhelming
  • self-destruction

Cap Moons tend to have a very strict inner authority. When they feel that they are failing their own standards, their inner voice can get extremely harsh.

The path back to rebuilding inner trust is through small, consistent actions. Proving to yourself that you can show up, not that you’re perfect.
“I said I would do something, and I did it.”

Q

Moon + Mercury Conjunction in Cap Needs

A
  1. You need to understand your feelings. If you suppress thinking or reflection, the emotion tends to linger longer.
    - put feelings into words through structured reflection, journaling, voice note, talking
  2. You need mental order to feel emotional safety. Your nervous system feels calm when:
    - life feels organized
    - you understand your responsibilities
    - there is a plan for the future
  3. Your inner voice has enormous power. There is a constant dialogue about your feelings. It can become critical, demanding, perfectionistic without a healthy authoritative voice.
Your emotional state changes based on how you talk to yourself.
  4. Emotional avoidance through the mind.
  5. One of your emotional needs is expressing insight. A deep need to articulate emotional truths. Often feel better when you can teach, explain, write or help others understand psychological patterns.
