What are the basic rules of netball?
A
- offside - must stay within set areas.
- footwork - must not move your landing foot when you have the ball.
- 3 seconds - must not have the ball for longer than 3 seconds.
- obstruction - must be at least 1m away from the player who has the ball.
- contact - must not make contact with any other player.
