fainting if you know they usually do, put them in a bed before draw while collected: remove needle, call for help, elevate feet get OJ for them to drink

pain
radiating pain or numbness you are to close to a nerve stop drawing and take out needle "zaps, electricity, sharp"

petechiae
tiny, non raised purple/red spots this is NORMAL

latrogenic anemia
only in infants when to much blood is removed
