A

Inside the boundary and LESS than 3 meters from the nearest running line.

You are considered to be On or Near the Line, when on a platform, if engineering or technical work is being carried out within 4 Feet or 1.25 meters of the platform edge.

No position of safety for the length of the structure. Its not safe to enter or stand at that location
