- 1-1-3 rule: CAT I
- 1-1-2 rule: CAT II/III
- No TS (PROB or TEMP) +/-1h

Alternate Mins with one Facility
One approach facility:
- Add 400 ft to mins
- Add 1sm to visibility
Alternate Mins CAT II and CAT III
319-321 Cat II/III:
- CAT II: 300 ft and RVR 4000/1200m (3/4sm)
- CAT III: 200 ft and RVR 1800/550m (1/2sm / 800m) (outside US: 700m)
Alternate Mins with two Facilities
Two approach facilities:
- Add 200 ft to highest mins
- Add 1/2 to the higher mins
