A passive communicator worries more about the other person’s feelings over themselves. They tend to keep their feelings and opinions in to prevent hurting the other person.

and assertive communicator is able to have courageous conversations while still being respectful. They say what they need to say in a respectful way, well also listening and valuing the others opinions.
What is aggressive communication?
an aggressive communicator prioritizes their own needs/desires over others. They tend to argue and get mad.
What is the difference between transparency and honesty?
Honesty is telling the truth only one asked, transparency is being honest and open even when no one’s asking.
