or may have symetrical polyarthritis.
psoriasis may present many years later and they are likely to have a family history of the disease.

When do you get a reactive arthritis?
1-4 weeks after urine infection or GIT infection
usually single knee joint
What are the extra articular manifestions of a reactive arthritis?
Incldue: enthesitis painless penile ulceration keratoderma blennhorhagicum - soles and palms plaques iritis mouth ulcers
What percentage of patients have longstanding ReA
30-50%
may require imunosuppression (sulphasalazine) aswell as the intial NSAIDs
