A

D brandished a knife to a man who owed him £7’s wife, D snatched £5. D had genuine belief he had a right to that money=no dishonesty=no theft=no robbery

A

D broke into V’s house demanding Jewellery and used his fingers to fake a gun. Doesn’t matter there was no gun, fear of force was enough and was guilty.

A

2 D’s broke into V’s house, 1 covered her mouth while other stole jewellery. Tied her up after. Held the appropriation was a continuing act and they were convicted

A

D was shoplifting, shopkeeper tried to stop him so D used force to get away. D was guilty as its a continuing act
