Ask about past times and normal activities
Ensure I understand how this symptom is affecting the patient
Driving
If the patient has anything like visions, dizziness, neurological, you need to get someone else to drive them
Ask about who can bring them to the practice who can bring them to the hospital
DVLA notification
Do they need an ambulance to bring them in?
