What is business strategy?
It is a well-articulated vision of where a business seeks to go and how it expects to get there.
Set of activities and decisions that companies make to determine:
Define what is a competitive advantage
A condition which enables a company to operate in a more efficient or otherwise higher-quality manner than the companies it competes with.

We can use IT for it but it’s not the technology that gives us the advantage but how we use it.
