What’s a concrete way you have changed your practice through supervision?
A
Use Gina reflective cycle (description> feelings>evaluation>analysis> conclusion> action plan
- reflected on patients pushing boundaries with difficult relationships or insecure attachments, and my own responses to theses
- boundaries can provide predictability and safety
- concrete changes have been to demonstrate belief in the patient that they can use a boundaried relationship as a piece of evidence of what healthy looks like.
- responding with clarity, compassion and recognising endings can be hard
