Reasons Why the Area Needed Regeneration temple quarter
Poor First Impression: The area was derelict and unsightly, giving a negative first impression to visitors arriving at Temple Meads railway station or driving in from the south
Industrial Decay: Former industrial sites, including a diesel depot, malthouses, and glassworks, had become abandoned and contaminated since the 20th century
Main Features of the Project temple quarter
