What is a bona fide tender?

• A bid submitted in good faith, complete and in prescribed form which meets conditions of the bidding requirements.
• Confirmation that the supplier has not colluded with another party when compiling the tender.

• The Official Journal of the European Union.
• An online portal that houses public sector contracts that are over the stated procurement threshold.

What happens to OJEU now the UK has left the EU?

• From 1st January 2021, the UK is not subject to EU procurement regulations and therefore no longer follow rules outlined for OJEU tenders.
• Tenders will now be published on a new e-tendering portal, called Find a Tender Service (FTS).
