Indications

Acute STEMI within 6 hours of symptom onset where PPCI is NOT readily available
Ensure patient meets criteria using JRCALC

Dosage and Admin

Admin IV bolus of heparin beforehand
Flush cannula
IV single bolus adjusted by patient weight
Adult under 60yrs
