1 ½ oz Beefeater gin
½ oz falernum
½ oz cinnamon syrup
½ oz lemon juice
4-6 mint leaves
¾ oz Montenegro float

Build everything except Montenegro in mixing glass, add ice, light shake, strain into tiki mug or highball glass, add crushed ice, float Montenegro on top.
Mint tree garnish.

Question 3

Suffering Bastard

Answer 3

1 oz Beefeater
1 oz cognac
½ oz lime juice
¼ oz demerara syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ginger beer

Build everything in mixing glass except for ginger beer, add ice, shake, strain into highball over fresh ice, top with ginger beer.
Mint tree garnish

Banana Hammock

Answer 4

2 oz Old Monk
1 oz lime juice
½ oz Creme de banane
½ oz orgeat
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes black walnut bitters

Build in mixing glass, add ice for integration shake, strain over crushed ice in tiki glass.
Top with more crushed ice if necessary.
Fun garnish.
