SCOUTS
Supporting evidence (could be a study) strength
Criticism of supporting evidence (becomes a counterargument) weakness
Opposing explanations (other reasons why something may have happened) weakness
Useful real-life application (can be a strength as there are positives for people or businesses or can be a weakness because people may abuse the applications in the real world causing issues of social control)
Testability (always a weakness as there is always something they could’ve done better)
Ssocial sensitivity (is it going to offend people, most of the time yes so is a weakness)
