Paradoxical movement, tachy, shallow resp. Intubate if needed, pain management , injured side down

1 injury is spleen
Pelvic trauma
Unstable. Anterior/posterior or compression= crushing force. Vertical shear is most ominous often fatal cuz they can hold up to 4000cc of blood or 80% of bld vol. Needs hip binders check distal pulses
Rear impact collision
