a) EOW may stand down from ECC but shall remain up and about

b) JE will remain in ECC with the exception of engineering rounds.

c) MDE local control panel in “local,” Pre-lube pump off

d) Fuel valves open

e) Sea water valves open

f) Air supply valves open

g) Alarm panel energized

h) Pre-heaters energized

i) All other local control panels in “remote”

j) Engine(s) shall be run as required to maintain lube oil temperature above 120°F
