ACRONYM TO MEMORISE THE FORMAT AND STRUCTURE OF THE PIECE I AM WRITING

P- Pressure, describe what it feels like and what is happening

A- anxiety, the noise of the crowd, spiralling thoughts

T- teamate hyping up, internal freeze

F- flashback, last miss, failure, disappointment felt

S- shift, realisation that it all wasn’t that bad, the fear was a compass and not a cage

R- resolution, him stepping on the court, dribbling the leather ball, approaching the hoop, shooting the shot. Then talk about the feeling of scoring again.
