Homonymous defects. (post-chiasmatic)
Visual defects involving parts of both the left and the right VISUAL FIELDS so that visual field defects are non-overlapping. Almost always occur at the chiasm.
Heteronymous defects
Defect vision or blindness in approximately one-half of the VISUAL FIELD.
Hemianopsia
Defective vision or blindness in approximately one-fourth of the visual field.
Quadrantanopsia or quadrantanopia.
